Position: IT Recruiter (Domestic IT Recruitment)Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Experience: 6 Months - 3 Years

Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)

Salary: up to 5 LPA (Based on experience)

What You'll Do:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT roles

Source and screen candidates using Naukri, Shine, and other job portals

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates

Collaborate with hiring managers to close positions on time

Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and manage database updates

What We're Looking For:

6 Months - 3 years of Domestic IT recruitment experience

Strong sourcing skills and portal expertise (especially Naukri)
Technical background: B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / BCA / B.Sc (IT)

Good communication and organizational skills

Must be able to work from our office in Goregaon East

Immediate joiners preferred
