Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and result-oriented IT Recruiter on a 3-month contract to support our rapid hiring needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of IT roles, ensuring a smooth hiring process and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and create effective job descriptions.

Source and screen candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and other innovative channels.

Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain recruitment trackers and provide timely updates to management.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.

Manage offer rollouts and onboarding coordination (if applicable).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience (2-4 years) as an IT Recruiter (in-house or consultancy).

Strong understanding of IT technologies (Full Stack, Java, Python, Angular, React, etc.).

Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.

Immediate availability preferred.
