Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain candidate databases and reports.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of IT job roles and technologies.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
