Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for IT roles.
Use job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster), social media, and internal databases to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates' fit based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and track feedback efficiently.
Build a talent pool for future hiring needs and engage with candidates regularly to keep them warm.
Interview will be Face to Face and local candidates will be prioritized.
