: IT Recruiter (Staffing Industry)

Experience: 2+ Yrs

Work Mode: WFH/WFO (both options are available)

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter for our staffing agency, who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes and possess in-depth technical knowledge across various technologies including Java, C++, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, and others. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier IT talent for our clients.

Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client requirements to candidate onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various sourcing techniques such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and attract qualified candidates. Screen candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Candidate Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates. Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.

Client Interaction: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide insights on market trends, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of IT technologies, including but not limited to Java, C++, SAP, Oracle, etc. Stay updated on emerging technologies and market trends to effectively assess candidate qualifications.

Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth interview process for all parties involved.

Offer Negotiation and Closure: Facilitate offer negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages. Guide candidates through the offer acceptance and onboarding process.

Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and hiring status. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience as an IT Recruiter within the staffing industry, with a strong track record of successful placements.

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT technologies, including Java, C++, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft etc. Ability to assess technical skills and qualifications of candidates.

Recruitment Skills: Proficient in sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and recruitment best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Client Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understanding of client needs and market dynamics.

Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities. Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Team Collaboration: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team success. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education: ANY UG/PG

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
