Key Responsibilities
:
Handle the
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Source candidates through
job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.)
, social media (LinkedIn), referrals, and internal databases.
Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and timelines.
Conduct initial
telephonic and video screenings
to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain a robust pipeline of suitable candidates for multiple roles simultaneously.
Ensure timely closure of positions and maintain high candidate engagement.
Prepare and share weekly/monthly recruitment reports and metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
1-2 years of experience in
Domestic IT Recruitment
.
Good knowledge of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Testing, DevOps, etc.
Familiar with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
:
Experience working with staffing/recruitment agencies.
Prior experience handling
contract and permanent positions
.
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus.
