Will be responsible to create s for various vacancies in the organization in coordination with Hiring Managers.
Sourcing, screening, conducting and scheduling interviews of candidates as per requirement
Salary Negotiations, creating Salary Structures.
Ensure timely closure of positions as per allocated budget.
Timely on-boarding of resources.
Create and maintain necessary Recruitment Report and Trackers.
Qualifications:
MBA is mandatory.
Preferring candidates within 8 kms radius of Kalyani Nagar, Pune.
2 to 5 years of experience in HR IT recruitment with HR Consultancy.
Should have knowledge of using various job portals and social sites for recruitments.
Excellent in Written and Verbal communication in English.
Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets.
Strong in work planning and time-management.
Strong leadership skills with ability to work under minimum supervision.
Eye for details.
* Should be proficient with Microsoft word, excel and power point.
