We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team and support hiring for ServiceNow and other enterprise technology roles. This role requires hands-on sourcing, strong vendor coordination, and close collaboration with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for IT positions
Hiring for ServiceNow-focused roles and other enterprise technology requirements
Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and vendor partners
Coordinating with staffing vendors for profile submissions, feedback, and closures
Screening candidates and coordinating technical interviews
Working closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities
Maintaining candidate data and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment
Proven experience hiring for ServiceNow and enterprise technology skill sets
Strong exposure to vendor sourcing and coordination
Excellent communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment
