Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment activities, ensure timely closures, and maintain quality hiring as per organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities (Point-wise)
End-to-end recruitment handling (Sourcing to Joining)
Job posting on portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Screening resumes as per job requirements
Conducting initial HR interviews (telephonic & virtual)
Coordinating with hiring managers for interview scheduling
Maintaining candidate database and recruitment records
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Hands-on experience with job portals & sourcing techniques
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Professional attitude & process-oriented approach
Experience & Qualification
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in HR Recruitment
Education: Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
Industry: IT / Bulk Hiring (any recruitment background)
