Evaluate candidates' technical and soft skills through telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up on interview feedback and manage offer negotiations.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future
C2H openings.
Maintain recruitment-related data, reports, and trackers.
Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and timelines.
