Responsibilities

:

End-to-end recruitment for IT positions

Screening resumes, shortlisting candidates & coordinating interviews

Sourcing candidates via job portals, LinkedIn & other platforms

Maintaining candidate pipelines and daily reporting

Coordinating with clients to understand hiring needs

Requirements

:

6 months to 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with various sourcing techniques

Ability to handle pressure and multitask
