Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for IT roles - from understanding requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer closure.
Partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to align on hiring needs and deliverables.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, and networking.
Hire for a wide range of IT skills such as
Java, .NET, PHP, React, Angular, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Databases, etc.
Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Track hiring progress and recruitment metrics (TAT, pipeline status, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter with
hands-on exposure to any ATS
(Workday, Taleo, SuccessFactors, Zoho Recruit, or similar).
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with sourcing strategies for niche IT skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in both
services and product-based IT hiring
is a plus.
