We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with 3 years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring timely and quality hires to meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment life cycle for IT positions - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other innovative channels.
Screen resumes to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding formalities.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets.
Experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and ATS tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in niche IT hiring.
Knowledge of bulk and lateral hiring processes.
Familiarity with employer branding and social media hiring strategies.
