Source and attract candidates through databases, job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Manage job postings and maintain the data base.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate job offers and close candidates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future needs.
Track recruiting metrics and provide regular reports.
Stay current with emerging tech industry trends, job market developments, and sourcing tools.
