Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen profiles for
techno-management roles
as per client requirements.
Understand and interpret job descriptions to identify ideal candidate profiles.
Use job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other sourcing tools effectively.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Collaborate closely with the recruitment manager and clients to ensure smooth hiring operations.
Maintain and update candidate trackers and reports regularly.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (Freshers with strong communication and interest in recruitment can also apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of IT roles and techno-functional job requirements.
Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with MS Office tools and online sourcing platforms.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?120,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
