Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
Screen resumes and interview candidates to assess skills and fit
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT roles
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future needs
Work closely with HR and technical teams to understand role requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Technical or IT Recruiter
Familiarity with IT roles and technologies (e.g., developers, engineers, analysts)
Experience using ATS or recruitment tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred)
