1. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Boolean Search, and sourcing tools.
2. Excellent knowledge of candidate sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Hirect, Internshala)
3. Tech understanding, programming languages, and methodologies like Java, C++, Cloud, SQL, NoSQL, etc.
Skills & Experience:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
