Job Description

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer management and onboarding coordination. The role focuses on attracting qualified talent, meeting hiring requirements, and ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Planning



Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and manpower needs Develop recruitment strategies and timelines for open positions

Sourcing & Talent Acquisition



Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and networking Post job openings and manage applicant responses Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Screening & Interviewing



Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements Conduct initial screening interviews (telephonic/virtual/in-person) Coordinate technical and final interviews with hiring managers

Offer Management & Onboarding



Prepare and release offer letters as per company policy Negotiate salary and joining terms within approved limits Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and induction with HR team

Recruitment Operations & Reporting



Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
