About the Role:
As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technology talent for our clients.
You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
Conduct initial screening and evaluate technical fit.
Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Build relationships with candidates and ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field (HR/IT preferred).
0-1 year of experience in IT recruitment (Freshers welcome).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with technical skills and IT job roles.
Hands-on experience with ATS or recruitment tools is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
