Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in tech recruitment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an IT recruiter or in a similar role.
Familiarity with technical roles and terminology (e.g., Java, Python, DevOps, Cloud).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with ATS and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed).
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
