Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for IT positions across different technologies and domains.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and networking.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate fit.

Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.

Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.

Negotiate salary, notice period, and other employment terms with shortlisted candidates.

Maintain recruitment MIS and reports for internal tracking.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field (preferred).

0-3 years of experience in IT recruitment (freshers with strong communication & interest in recruitment can also apply).

Good understanding of IT skills, technologies, and industry trends.

Strong sourcing skills on portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Pay: ₹10,334.77 - ₹18,000.00 per month
