Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles (developers, engineers, architects, analysts, etc.).
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback.
Negotiate salary, offers, and close candidates effectively.
Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment reports.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Stay updated with IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and market insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
2-5 years of experience as an IT Recruiter (corporate or consultancy).
Strong knowledge of IT skills, job descriptions, and technical terminologies.
Hands-on experience with job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
