As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top tech talent across various domains.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for technical interviews
Manage candidate communication and follow-ups
Handle offer rollouts and onboarding formalities
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports

Requirements
2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment
Strong knowledge of tech roles (developers, testers, designers, etc.)
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
