We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with 2 to 3 years of experience in technical hiring. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various domains and technologies. You will play a key role in helping us scale our technical teams by finding and attracting top talent.
Required Skills:
2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of various IT technologies.
Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, etc.
Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment CRMs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Good to have UAE / Middle East recruitment experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
Experience in both permanent and contract staffing is a plus.
Exposure to working with IT services, consulting, environments.
