Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist IT professionals for various client requirements in the US market.
Work on different job portals like
LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed
, and other sourcing platforms.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
Communicate effectively with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
Maintain and update candidate databases and HR software systems.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices in recruitment.
Required Skills:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in
US IT recruitment

Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
.
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools such as
LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed
, etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Good understanding of US work authorizations and hiring practices is a plus.
Should be a quick learner and self-motivated.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
