Screen resumes and conduct initial technical/HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels
Understand job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs
Negotiate offers and close candidates within timelines
Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Stay updated on IT market trends, skills, and salary benchmarks
