We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 4 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing technical positions across various technologies, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions including developers, testers, architects, DevOps, cloud, data, and niche skill roles.
Understand hiring requirements clearly through discussions with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and interview panels.
Negotiate compensation, manage offer rollouts, and ensure timely joining of candidates.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring metrics.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Adhere to company recruitment policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4 years of experience in IT recruitment (Product / Services / Staffing environment).
Strong knowledge of IT technologies and current market trends.
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, etc.) and LinkedIn sourcing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet strict timelines.
Experience in C2C / Contract staffing (Mandatory)
Proficiency in MS Excel and ATS tools.
