We are seeking a Recruiter with experience in UK/Europe staffing to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Perugudi, Chennai, and Coimbatore.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across the UK and Europe, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Collaborate with leads/managers to understand job requirements. Source and engage candidates using a variety of channels (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, networking, etc.). Min 2 to 4 yrs experience as a recruiter in UK/Europe/APAC/US recruitment markets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?9,243.74 - ?38,648.05 per month
