Essential Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Technical or IT Recruiter.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies (Java, Python, Cloud), and key skills.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social media recruiting).
