Minimum 2 years of IT/Technical recruitment experience
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and follow-ups for technical positions
Partner with hiring managers and vendors to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
Develop and post compelling job descriptions on relevant platforms and job boards
Use advanced sourcing techniques (job portals, LinkedIn, boolean search, referrals) to identify top talent
Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate technical and cultural fit
Coordinate technical interviews and assessments with hiring teams
Maintain and update the candidate database, tracker sheets, and recruitment reports
Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to advise hiring managers
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IT/technical recruitment (agency or in-house)
Strong understanding of common IT roles, skills, and technologies
Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS/CRM tools for sourcing and tracking candidates
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Added Advantage:
Experience hiring for product, startup, or tech/education companies
* Familiarity with basic HR processes (offer roll-out, salary negotiation, onboarding coordination)
