Common HR Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
(sourcing ? screening ? interviews ? offer closing).
Build strong candidate pipelines for current & future roles.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Conduct salary negotiations and manage offer rollouts.
Maintain ATS/Excel trackers, daily/weekly recruitment reports.
Ensure strong follow-up with candidates until joining.
Maintain healthy relationships with clients and hiring managers.
Required Skills
