We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with a background in the recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, mass mailing, interview coordination, client handling, job posting, job portals, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:

Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Mass Mailing:

Utilize mass mailing tools to reach a broad audience of potential candidates and maintain a database of qualified candidates.

Interview Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.

Client Handling:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.

Job Posting:

Create and post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms to attract top talent.

Job Portals:

Utilize job portals effectively to source and identify suitable candidates.

LinkedIn:

Leverage LinkedIn for networking, sourcing, and engaging with potential candidates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in the recruitment industry, with a focus on IT recruitment. Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes. Familiarity with mass mailing tools and job portals. Strong interview coordination skills. Excellent client handling and relationship management abilities. Proficiency in job posting and social media recruitment strategies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
