Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle - from understanding requirements, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates to scheduling interviews and follow-ups. Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases. Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate technical understanding, communication, and cultural fit. Coordinate with technical panels and hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback. Maintain and update the recruitment tracker, candidate database, and job postings regularly. Support in onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates. Ensure timely closure of positions and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements. Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment-related HR activities as required.
