Key Responsibilities:
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for IT positions across various levels.
Understand client or internal hiring requirements and create suitable sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on role fit and experience.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate data and daily reports of hiring activities.
Ensure smooth communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

1 year of experience
in IT recruitment.
