IT Recruiter

to join our HR team in Guindy, Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent across various domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT roles Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports Ensure timely closure of open positions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field Minimum 2 year of experience in IT recruitment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
