Talent Acquisition:

Source and recruit candidates for various IT roles.

Job Postings & Sourcing:

Write and post job advertisements, leveraging job boards, social media, and other platforms like LinkedIn.

Candidate Screening:

Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, assess technical skills, and evaluate cultural fit.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and job specifications.

Interview Coordination:

Schedule interviews, organize technical assessments, and provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers.

Offer Negotiation:

Extend job offers, manage salary discussions, and negotiate terms with candidates.

Onboarding Support:

Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
