We are seeking a skilled and motivated

IT Recruiter

to join our team and manage the full recruitment life cycle for technical positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology roles and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, technical skills, and team dynamics. Develop and execute sourcing strategies using a variety of channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, etc.). Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure a good fit for both the role and company culture. Manage job postings and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs. Stay current with trends in IT recruiting, market conditions, and competitive compensation. Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and employment laws.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in IT or technical recruiting (in-house or agency). Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., software development, cloud, cybersecurity, data engineering). Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple positions simultaneously. High level of professionalism and discretion.
