Location: Guindy, Chennai Role: HR IT Recruiter Qualification: MBA HR Experience: 1 to 2 years in IT recruitment Working Days: Monday to Friday + Half Day on Saturday (based on weekend drive and deadline) Working Hours: 8 - 9 hours per day Employment Type: Full Time (Work from Office)
Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes across various domains.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, internal database, and other platforms.
Conduct screening calls, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Maintain daily recruitment trackers and pipeline reports.
Build talent pipelines for current and future requirements.

What We're Looking For: Male/Female candidates with strong communication skills in Tamil, English and Hindi
Minimum 1 year experience in IT recruitment (Software Developers, QA, Support, etc.).
Ability to handle both volume hiring and niche IT skill recruitment.Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Good knowledge of job portals, social media sourcing, and screening techniques.
