to source, screen, and place IT professionals in various technical roles. You'll work closely with hiring managers to meet recruitment needs and ensure a smooth hiring process for candidates.

Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct interviews for technical roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements. Manage candidate offers, salary negotiations, and onboarding. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future openings.
