Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening and scheduling interviews
Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals and social media platforms.
Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding activities.
Support HR team with day to day recruitment operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
Working knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, tracking, basic formulas).
Willingness to learn and adept in a fast-paced environment.
Only post graduate (MBA-HR preferred and Mandatory).
Additional Requirements:
Candidate should be ready to relocate to Tirupati.
