Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete IT recruitment cycle -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Draft and update job descriptions for technical and non-technical roles.
Coordinate with internal teams to identify hiring needs and manpower requirements.
Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.
Support HR functions like attendance, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Ensure smooth and timely hiring processes across all departments.
Requirements
Minimum
6 months to 1 year of experience
in IT recruitment or HR operations.
Good understanding of IT job roles, hiring platforms, and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in
MS Office or Google Workspace
tools.
