Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking motivated IT Recruiters with 2 to 8 years of experience to join our growing team in Trichy. As part of our U.S. recruiting division, you will help source, recruit, and place top Non-IT/IT professionals across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and engage Non-IT/IT professionals for U.S.-based positions
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: from sourcing to interview coordination
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Use various tools and platforms like job boards, LinkedIn, ATS, and internal databases

Requirements:

• 2 to 8 years of Non-IT/IT recruiting experience (preferably in U.S. staffing)
• Strong sourcing and communication skills
• Ability to work during U.S. shift hours
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus
