We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for people, strong communication skills, and a desire to build a rewarding career in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT roles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process.
Requirements:
Education: Any graduate (Freshers welcome). Skills: Good English communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. Attitude: Positive, proactive, and eager to learn. Experience: Not required (Training will be provided).

Work Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PMWork
Work Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift: Day Shift only
Contract: No bond or agreement
