Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to assist with the recruitment process. As a fresher, you'll gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, mainly in the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and internal databases. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements. Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates. Support onboarding and maintain candidate data.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn). Good understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong willingness to learn and grow in recruitment and HR practices.
Educational Qualification: Any graduate or undergraduate can apply.
