Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and driven

IT Recruiter

to join our

Staff Augmentation

team at Wildnet Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and deploying top-tier tech talent to meet the contract staffing needs of our clients across various geographies (India, US, UK, APAC). You will play a critical role in driving business success by ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:



Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to understand client requirements, project scope, and required skill sets. Source, screen, and qualify IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions. Use various sourcing platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, internal database, and referrals. Conduct technical and HR pre-screenings to evaluate candidate fit, availability, communication, and compensation expectations. Maintain an active pipeline of IT professionals across technologies like Java, .NET, React, Angular, DevOps, QA, Cloud (AWS/Azure), Data Engineering, etc. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients; collect and relay feedback; support in negotiation and closure. Maintain updated records of candidate interactions and progress on the ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates and provide post-placement support to ensure retention and satisfaction. Stay updated with current market trends in IT hiring, billing rates, and client needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field. 2-5 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment, preferably in staff augmentation or contract staffing. Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring processes. Familiarity with sourcing tools, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple client requirements simultaneously. Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven.

Preferred Qualifications:



Prior experience in international hiring (US, UK, or APAC markets) is a strong plus. Experience working with high-volume staffing and fast-paced delivery environments. Understanding of employment types (C2C, W2, 1099 for US market) and regional compliance.
