Job Title: IT Recruiter
Location: Sector V, Saltlake, Kolkata
Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment for leading MNC companies
- Source candidates from various job portals like Naukri, Monster, Shine, and LinkedIn
- Screen candidate resumes and contact relevant candidates
- Assess knowledge, communication skills, aptitude, and experience of applicants
- Arrange interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company
- Demonstrate excellent learning skills and maintain good relationships with candidates
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate in BCA/ B.Tech/ BE / BSC (IT)/ CS / IT
- Excellent English communication skills
- Confidence, passion, and target orientation
- Basic computer skills
