Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:

Utilize various online platforms, databases, and networking channels to identify potential candidates for open positions.

Screening and Assessment:

Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.

Interview Coordination:

Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Content Creation:

Content creation on blogging sites and social media pages to increase the company's employer branding to attract more talent.

Candidate Communication:

Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Database Management:

Update and maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in recruitment.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a streamlined recruitment process and successful candidate placements.

Administrative Support:

Provide administrative assistance in organizing recruitment events, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications:

1 year experience as a IT Recruiter Currently pursuing /Completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple responsibilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus. High level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
