Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements for open positions.
Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications based on job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the full recruitment cycle - from sourcing to offer negotiation.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and applicant data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
Stay updated with emerging tech trends and job market dynamics.
