We are hiring for an

IT Recruiter

to handle the ongoing IT hirings.

Experience - 2 to 5 years

Work Location - Jaipur

Job Role :

Ensure the end-to-end lifecycle of IT recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews. Design and implement job descriptions and engage with potential candidates . Must have knowledge of job boards( Naukri, Indeed and LinkedIn) . Conduct interviews using a variety of methods, like video, in-person, or telephone. Keep track of applicants at every stage and follow up. Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates. Must have excellent communication skills.
