e-Biz Technocrats Pvt Ltd is looking for an IT recruiter who can manage the full recruitment cycle for technical positions. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent to support our fast-growing tech team.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media & referrals

Understand technical job descriptions and hiring needs

Schedule & conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates

Coordinate with hiring managers for interviews and feedback

Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment reports

Ensure timely hiring and an excellent candidate experience

Skills Required:

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of IT job roles (Developer, QA, Cloud, etc.)
